Official Visit by Member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and Secretary of the CPC Beijing Municipal Committee Yin Li
Member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and Secretary of the CPC Beijing Municipal Committee Yin Li will visit Singapore from 19 to 22 February 2025 at the invitation of Minister for Foreign Affairs Dr Vivian Balakrishnan. This will be Secretary Yin’s first visit to Singapore in his current capacity, and the first high-level bilateral engagement as Singapore and China commemorate the 35th anniversary of diplomatic relations this year.
During his visit, Secretary Yin will call on Prime Minister and Minister for Finance Lawrence Wong, meet Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Trade and Industry Gan Kim Yong, and be hosted to meals by Deputy Prime Minister Heng Sweet Keat and Minister for Health Ong Ye Kung. Secretary Yin will also visit the National Cancer Centre Singapore, Kampung Admiralty, the Urban Redevelopment Authority, and Changi Airport.
