Cabinet Council discusses law on military service

Luanda, ANGOLA, March 23 - The Proposed General Law on Military Service, a legal tool that regulates its application to all national citizens aged 18- 40, resident in the country or abroad, was appreciated Friday during a Session of Cabinet Council held Friday in Luanda. ,

 

 

The Session also analysed the Draft Law on Military Careers, aimed to set Military ranks.

 

The Session also discussed the proposal of Law on Military Positions and Badges.

 

 

The Cabinet discussed the Proposal of Law on Military Decorations, which provides for creation of medals of the Angolan Armed Forces (FAA).

 

The above proposals will be forwarded to the Parliament for approval.

 

Still on defence field, the Council approved the Strategic Concept and White Paper of National Defence.
