The 35-year-old began dating the 50-year-old after they met on Channel 4's The Jump, where the two were contestants.
In an interview with the Mirror, Stacey said: "I have no idea how it happened! I get embarrassed talking about it. We’re just seeing how it goes at the moment."
At the time, Steve-O poured his heart out over the X-Factor star on social media, writing on X: “About to get off this plane and see my sweetheart! Woohoo!!! #yeahbabe”.
He previously had written: “Less than two days until I’m on a plane headed to see my sweetheart! @StaceySolomon Woohoo!!!”
The pair had a 15-year age gap, with Stacey being 25 at the time, while Steve-O was 40.
She shared another posted kissing Stacey, with the caption: “Having a wonderful time with my sweetheart @staceysolomon #yeahbabe."
Ultimately, the relationship only lasted a matter of months, with Steve-O looking back at their romance in his book, A Hard Kick in the Nuts.
He wrote: "I lavished her with attention, I got what I wanted and then I broke it off.
"I'd become not only part of her life [but also] her kids' lives too. And then - poof - I was gone".
Looking back at his previous relationships, Steve-O admitted: "I'd meet some woman, pour on the charm to convince her I really cared about her (which I invariably thought I did) sleep with her a few times, then lose interest and ghost".
Looking at the end of his relationship to Stacey, he added: "To this day, I still beat myself up about the way it went down".
