THE Zambia Army says it is taking steps to modernise its operations to enhance its capabilities. Deputy Army Commander and Chief of Staff, Major General Luswepo Sinyinza, disclosed that as part of this strategy, the Army is benchmarking Ethiopia’s Defence Forces, renowned as one of the most advanced military forces in Africa.
