Blocking of cargo en route to Ukraine resumes near Korczowa-Krakovets checkpoint in Poland

MOSCOW. April 17 (Interfax) - The blocking of cargo headed to Ukraine will resume near the Korczowa-Krakovets checkpoint in Poland between 9 a.m. on April 18 and 9 a.m. on April 20, Ukrainian media said, citing a statement by the State Customs Service on a social network.

One truck will be cleared every hour. The restrictions do not apply to humanitarian and military cargo.

"According to information from the Polish side, the blocking of cargo en route to Ukraine is possible near the Korczowa-Krakovets checkpoint between 9 a.m. on April 18, 2024, and 9 a.m. on April 20, 2024. The hourly throughput will stand at one vehicle. This will not concern humanitarian and military cargo," the statement said.

There will be no impediments to passenger vehicles, such as cars and buses, both ways, it said.
