Army veteran Sally Orange has completed her 4th marathon in Dubai.

The former Major has undertaken the 'World Marathon Challenge' which sees competitors run 7 marathons, in 7 days, in 7 continents.

She began on the 31st January with a marathon in Antarctica, since then she has completed races in South Africa and Australia.

Next up she is heading to Spain, then will compete in Brazil before wrapping up the challenge in the USA on the 6th February.

Sally, who uses the challenge to draw attention to issues surrounding mental health, has been keeping people up to date via posts on her Instagram page.

She herself has suffered with severe depression and chronic anxiety.

In her latest post said that she found the Dubai marathon a "difficult one" and "equates the Dubai marathon with mental health".

Saying "a day that starts ok, can take you to some dark and painful places, but then the finish can be the best day ever."

"The key thing is just to keep moving forward however you can".
